I have over a decade of concentrated work on Main Street building restoration. I offer consulting to other contractors who are trying to find their way through the complexities of renovating an old building—and getting them approved for occupancy.
As with whole house renovations, I walk historic commercial building owners through the process of renovating these community treasures.

In addition to consulting with owners and contractors, I also consult with municipalities and non-profits involved in bringing their local downtowns back to life. I’ve helped renew Main Street, so I can help you, too.

A great solution for commercial businesses, like coffee shops, as well as homes (like center islands). Copper counters are only available locally (Shawnee/OKC Metro/Tulsa Metro/Central Oklahoma) since I personally do all installations.
Hardwood counters are another great solution, especially if you need something sturdy but also want a design with warmth. Wood counters and island/bar tops are built with new or reclaimed lumber. Live-edge slab tops are also available, though are usually best for tabletops.

I recreate historic patterns, match existing trim, and create custom trim. Available for local pick-up or delivery, or shipping. Handcrafted with solid lumber.

I have worked on historic homes since I began my career in 1998 (after growing up antique furnitur) refurbishment). At this point, there isn’t much I haven't encountered—at least, if your structure was built after 1860.

I love making small portable buildings. I get to combine fun features from historic architecture with reclaimed lumber and hardware—and they can be shipped! Occasionally, I make one “on spec” and it is available to purchase. If the one you love sold, you can order another.
These are built solidly, with transpor in mind. If you live within 350-miles of Shawnee, OK, I can deliver for a fee.
You can order a building I’ve already created but sold, or custom order a portable building.
